Account - Marketing Manager

Ecotech IT Solutions Japan is a young, growing Tokyo-based internet company. We$B!G(Bre looking for motivated, energetic and success-minded individuals who enjoy the challenge of working with a dynamic team and help in define and grow a small organization. Here, you$B!G(Bll work with very motivated people and have the opportunity to grow your project management skills while working with multiple projects. Experience of website development a plus but not required. Only people that are result oriented and have enthusiasm will be considered.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be responsible for managing key operations
  • Actively manage the entire sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, targeting accounts as well as negotiating contracts and closing new business.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with Japanese and foreign clients and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of new approaches and methods to manage projects to improve efficiency and quality of output.
Requirements
  • Business level in both Japanese and English languages
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Have a $B!F(Bclient service$B!G(B mindset
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High level of integrity and unquestionable credibility
  • Must currently reside in Japan

Salary: base salary plus incentives depending on candidate$B!G(Bs skills and experience.
